Excellent condition armband for the ' Animal Service ' of the National ARP for Animals or NARPAC. NARPAC was the acronym for the National Air Raid Protection for Animals Committee'. This was described officially as an 'animal lovers' voluntary wartime organisation that looked after the welfare of animals in time of war. Excellent, clean condition with some minor storage marks.  read more
