Printed, heavy cotton armband for use by messengers employed by Lincoln A.R.P. department. Secured by elasticated straps to the reverse. All examples of this armband, examined to date have distinctive yellow issue numbers to the reverse. Good, used condition, grubby through use and scarce. read more
