White metal,silvered, half moon fixing lapel badge for Doncaster Civil Defence. Manufactured by Fattorini, Bradford, this badge drew on the design of the standard ARP lapel badge by Eric Gill but with the inclusion of Doncaster's coat of arms and the words 'Doncaster Civil Defence'. Numbered to the reverse and in very good condition with moderate patination.  read more
