MkII helmet probably for a Fire Guard from the early war period when it was linked with the Fire Service. Black painted with red ' F '. Manufacturer's code stamped to rim and fitted with a 1939 MkII, Size 7 liner by Briggs Motor Bodies. Small area of scratched paintwork to inner rim probably where previous owner's details have been removed. read more
