Cardboard carton that once contained 25 x 12 Bore cartridges. These specific cartridges were 12 bore spherical ball cartridges which were loaded with a single 16 bore lead ball. Being undersized this allowed it to pass through a choked barrel without damage.and were designed for defensive use with shotguns.
