Comic Postcard featuring the work of Brian White ( born 1902; died 1984 ) who was a British cartoonist, creating 'The Nipper' for the Daily Mail between 1933 and 1947. This card published by Valentines featuring his trademark children. Postally used but with a few mark, bumps , creases etc. Scarce.
