Wartime board game " Black-Out " by Games Distributors of London. Produced in 1940 and based on the ' pitfalls and perils of driving around London in the blackout '. Starting from a different corner of London the intention was to end up in the diagonally opposite corner whilst negotiating various wartime obstructions represented by a special pack of cards. Unfortunately whilst this example is in good, clean condition there are some missing cards and the wooden and card playing pieces are similarly missing. However, what remains displays well and is a particularly difficult wartime game to acquire.
